Yes of course as all do. He wasn't perfect but he gave it all he had. One of his bigger failures was while helping lead a large military, the cost which was a severe burden on taxpayers and money was very important back then. They also sponsored 2 disastrous invasions on Japan which cost not only a lot of money but a lot of unneeded lost lives. I think this was unreasonable and harsh but wars where much more common then than now.
I don't think that he should have sponsored that attack Japan it is really none of his business and should kept his money for his countrie.
