Kool Blah Khan was apart of a lot since he of course was emperor of china. One thing he was a part of was he helped lead military campaigns, and ended up exceeding his brother as the head of the emperor(don't we all wish we could take control over our brothers) and Genghis Khan and his poverty ridden self. He was apart of alot of things but these where one of the big ones.
Yeah i wish i could take control of my brother but he might get mad and we might get in a big fight but the point is that exceeding your brother as a emperor is very impressive.
